1How can I order your products?
We offer several different ordering options to accommodate our customers’ needs. Our most popular and easiest method is to place an order by phone. Call toll free at 877-932-1902 to place orders. A live representative will take your order Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm eastern standard time. You can also fax your order by filling out our Customer Order Form and faxing it to 813-932-1911. The Customer Order Form is available in PDF format on our site or you can request for a copy to be faxed to you.
To pay for your order, we accept checks either on delivery or by mail. Customers may request an order to ship C.O.D. cash on delivery, however there is a $15.00 C.O.D. fee per box, plus shipping and handling fees. Contact a customer service representative for details. Customers that select this ordering method must have an established ordering history with E.M.G. Customers who prefer to be billed for their order may request an invoice via email or fax. Please remit payment with a copy of your invoice to:

2Are the back belts billable under insurance?
Yes, both the LumBrace and LumBracePlus Support Brace are billable under code L0627. Please check with your local billing department the for most recent information.
3When will I receive my order?
We ship all products via Federal Express. We offer Ground, Express Saver, 2-Day, Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight, First Overnight, International Economy, and International Priority services. Please contact a customer service representative for shipping details. Shipping fees vary by country, zip code, and weight.
4Will my product ship the same day I place the order?
Orders placed by 3:00pm eastern will ship the same day. Any orders placed after 3:00pm will ship the following business day.
5Does E.M.G. run any promotions or sales on products?
E.M.G. will offer monthly promotions as an incentive for our customers. Offers vary by month and quarter. Visit our promotions page to learn about our current specials.
